Labor. No other word is more effective at raising the blood pressure of carwash operators. It’s the largest cost for most carwashes and therefore the most infamous thief of profit. Therefore, tracking, analyzing and acting on your carwash’s labor statistics can be the difference between money owed and money earned.

Time Clock

By having each employee clock in and out you can greatly simplify your payroll process. You can then print a time card report to see exactly when employees start, end and the total hours they’ve worked. You can also calculate wages including overtime.

Once you have this data you can calculate labor cost per car, average number of employees needed, changes in labor cost, over time, etc.

Sales Commission

One of the most effective ways to increase profits is to provide your salesperson with an incentive to upsell. However without the system to facilitate commissions it can be more of a hassel than it’s worth. The Profit Pilot software gives you the ability to configure commissions and simply track your salespeople.
