User Profiles

Each user can be configured to have access to only the pages you want them to see. You can have an unlimited amount of profiles so you can have one for each cashier, manager, or office employees as well as your own. Or you can only have a few. It’s your choice.

Security Reports

The Profit Pilot offers a wide range of reports to help you protect against employee theft. These include:

Controller Reconciliation
Compare how many vehicles went through the tunnel to how many were paid for.

POS Red Flags
A list of events that might be a concern such as price changes, excessive coupons, etc.

Profile Activity
Who’s logging in and what they’re changing.
