Main Controller

This includes your main computer board and compact flash card(s) where your memory is stored.12"w x 14"h x 6"d.

Relay Box

This includes one relay board for every eight functions. 8-24 functions can fit in 1 relay box, 32-56 functions fit in 2 boxes and 64-88 functions fit in 3 boxes. All outputs (i.e. motor starters, solenoids, signs, etc) are connected to these boards. This also includes your input board where all inputs (i.e. pulse switch, entrance switch, etc.)are connected to. Each box is 24"w x 30"h x 6"d.

Push Button Box

This weather resistant push button station is where all orders are entered. 22 buttons (20 configurable). Each button can be programmed to be a wash package, wash service, equipment override, roller up, etc.

Monitor

Settings and reports can be viewed using any standard PC monitor, which can be plugged directly into the main controller box. However, if a PC is already onsite, a standard CAT5 network cable can be run from the PC to a network hub to the main controller. This would then use a web browser on the PC to view the Wash Pilot settings and reports.
