We believe that simple is better. That just because technology is available doesn’t mean it will make your carwash better. We believe that technology should be used to make life simpler, not more complicated. When that happens less time is spent maintaining your business and more time benefiting from it.

That is why Compuwash is committed to delivering products and services that are above all things- simple. We believe “simple” means that everything we offer you meets 3 mandates. It must be:

(1) Easy to use and maintain,
(2) Reliable and
(3) Affordable.

In other words we will only offer you products that will allow you as a carwash operator to run a carwash with less time, less anxiety and less money. And even when we think we’re done, we will never stop in our effort to make things even easier to use and maintain, even more reliable and even more affordable.

Our History

They say necessity is the mother of invention. It was exactly that which bore Compuwash, Incorporated in 1976. As a leading electrical contractor in the Eastern New York region, A. R. Doyle Electric serviced numerous carwashes in the 1970's. As more and more carwash owners asked Alan Doyle to engineer control solutions for their businesses, it became clear that a serious need existed in the carwash industry for an equipment control specialist. With that initiative, Compuwash went forth to create dependable equipment control systems, beginning with the Diamond Series which quickly became the industry standard.

In 2005, Alan Doyle's son Kyle took ownership of Compuwash and the role of President/C.E.O.. After more than 35 years in the industry Alan was happy to retire (more like "semi-retire"- he can still be found installing and testing new equipment and having "fun" at carwashes). Kyle has set his sights on taking Compuwash to the next level as he puts his 10+ years of industry experience to use while not losing sight of his father's founding principles of honesty and hard work.

Today, with thousands of units sold and millions of vehicles washed, Compuwash remains an industry leader. With units spanning the globe from Omaha, Nebraska to Seoul, Korea, Compuwash has always provided state-of-the-art technology and experience to provide a quality product.

This formula continues to create new and innovative solutions for the carwash owner such as the new subscription based Profit Pilot point-of-sale software and Wash Pilot tunnel controller.
